1986 Porsche 911 Carrera

This 1986 911 runs and drives like new! It shifts perfectly because the transmission and clutch were rebuilt/replaced about 20K miles ago at the cost of $4,200. It handles like new because it had the suspension gone through about 15K miles ago to the tune of $4,100. It runs like new because it has been properly maintained and pampered through the years and recently (less than 10K miles ago) was fully tuned up and serviced ($1,500). It also had a recent the oil change miles ago. As of 2/3/15, the compression is 165 lbs. in all six cylinders.  Once again, we have the receipts for everything which is included with the sale of the car. To the best of our knowledge, this Porsche needs nothing to make it a better car mechanically. I wouldnt hesitate to drive it cross country tomorrow (weather permitting of course!)  Its what I would describe as a good vibe car. It simply fires up perfectly every time and never misses a beat.  Just a really fun and reliable sports car experience while getting over 25mpg on the freeway at 70mph! By the way, all the lights, blinkers, horn, etc. work.  Even the clock keeps great time! I just had the car smogged last week and it passed with flying colors and the car is currently registered through October 2015.

History
The original Bay Area owner purchased this car at San Francisco Porsche on October 18, 1985 and drove it until 2003. The second owner had it up until 2009 when the third owner here in Sonora, CA purchased it.  Currently it is owned by a Porsche enthusiast/collector in Petaluma.

Exterior                                                                                                                                 
The body condition is virtually flawless with perfect door and hood gaps and is arrow straight down the sides with no signs of previous damage. The front bumper and spoiler have been peppered with tiny rock chips over the past 30 years.  The front hood and the rest of the paint are in excellent condition.  For a Porsche of this vintage, the body and paint dont get much better!
