1991 Mercedes-Benz 560-Class 560 SEC
An exquisite Northern California native example, this late production W126 coupe is a heart stopper. It is an original and well cared for SEC that shows approx 64k miles. The 5.6 litre V8 is strong with no cold start up issues, valvetrain noise, or signs of deferred maintenance, and the 4 speed 4G-tronic gearbox shifts smoothly and promptly as it should.
The Arctic White exterior finish remains glossy and straight with no fading, checking or environmental damage, and is mostly blemish free. All exterior brightwork and plastic pieces are correct and show no signs of deterioration or discoloration. The chromed OEM wheels are free of curb rash, checking or pitting.
The original interior surfaces are sun damage free and show to have had great preservative care. The dash, console and burled walnut trim is free of cracks, spiders and UV fading. Carpets are plush with OEM floormats and no fading or deterioration.
All in all, this is an excellent example that can be used as either a parked garage queen or an incredibly nice driver. Grading would be considered a solid 3+.
