Presenting an incredibly well preserved and well optioned Southwestern US 997 Carrera S with the 6-spd manual gearbox. Overall, it's an excellent 58k mile example that shows no history of cold weather driving or previous collision damage. 

The Seal Gray exterior finish as well as all body panels show to be original, and the Carfax is free of damage or accident history. The car is also mostly stock with the exception of an Evolution Motorsports cold air induction and airbox. 

The exterior finish shows well with no road rash or abnormal blemishes, dings, or scratches. The only notable mention regarding the paint is some tree sap exposure that could be addressed with a wet sand and polish. The interior is impeccable with no visual sun damage or abnormal wear on the leather, carpets, door cards or dash, and the car is free of the typical degradation of the switchgear and accessories controls (sticky buttons). 

Mechanically the car is solid. Tires were recently replaced with new Bridgestone Potenza tires. Brakes measure 9mm (90%) front and 7mm (70%) rear, and a fluid service was performed in preparation for sale. A major service including drive belts and spark plugs was performed at 52,388 miles. Further services include a new water pump replacement, oil separator replacement, and oil cooler seals. The vehicle will also be delivered with 2 master keys and all factory literature.
